Maddalena - Nikon FM-2- Kodak B+W Infrared Film - then scanned and put on monitor screen |
The melding of 20th century technology (the Maddalena negative) with the more recent technology of a scanner was an exciting activity for me today, 8 August 2024. In the last century since few of us knew about scanners we would throw the negative peels of Polaroid and Fuji instant film. With my 100 IS0 Fuji Film set at f-8 and exposed for one second I lucked out for the pictures you see here. I also photographed my monitor home screen and found that the results showed a slightly blue tint.
