The Great Pyramid & Pacific at Burrard

The Great Pyramid of Kufu at Giza is one of the wonders
of the world. It has been said that workers built it on a diet of onions. Which ever
you look at this it is a true wonder that without iron tools ancient Egyptians
were able to build this wonder.
In Vancouver in this 21st century I have
observed that the intersection of Pacific at Burrard has been in construction
for over a year. Stretches of Burrard from 4th to 16th were blocked
for close to a year. While a lot was said and done about how businesses lost
revenue during the building of the Cambie Line Skytrain I wonder if any of
those who live or have businesses on Burrard will ever be compensated.
I have looked everywhere (including in my emasculated Vancouver
Sun) for some sort of progress report or at the very least an explanation for
the delay of this work. City Hall has been silent on this one.
My solution would be to import Egyptians and feed them
onions.
