Still Life
Sunday, June 23, 2013
I never thought I would see the day that I would resort to taking a still life with my camera and or scanner. But here you have an example. In one there is a framed pseudo Daguerreotype of a very young Ale (my oldest daughter now in her 40s) in a lovely Mexican gold frame. Then there is that cute, small and most efficient still working Pentax MX with a superb, beautifully corrected 20mm lens, my mother’s antique Sterling silver hand mirror and the little Mexican mask which, alas has broken teeth. My hands or fingers appear in both pictures.
