It is impossible not to think that at my almost age of 83 that I am in a process of waiting. Today I wrote a blog about Rosemary and my weeds. I am sifting through my memories so I can scan and see them visually there.
I am throwing lots of stuff. Rosemary kept all our boarding passes, menus, etc when we travelled abroad. These are now mostly gone.
In an envelope named Early Burnaby 1978-1980 Tilden assorted I found this delightful contact of a young Hilary taken with what was my brand new Mamiya RB-67 camera. In the envelope, also, were these two snaps of our trip in our Mexican VW in our move to Vancouver from Mexico City.
These pictures put a smile in my face. But I know that as I placed the scans in my computer in a large file called “Family” I am preparing to leave what I consider important stuff to those who will be there once I am gone.
